Wang Lihua, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1970, native of Hengyang, Hunan Province, member of the Communist Party of China, third-level professor, and master's supervisor.

Selected as a candidate for the Excellent Young and Middle-aged Talents in Ideological and Political Education by the Ministry of Education, one of the first batch of Excellent Young and Middle-aged Talents in Ideological and Political Education in Hunan Province, one of the first Top Ten Ideological and Political Workers in Hunan Province's colleges and universities, and an expert of the Ideological and Political Education Think Tank for colleges and universities in Hunan Province.

He has successively served as Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Director of the Student Affairs Department (Office), and Director of the Personnel Department of Hengyang Normal University; Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hunan Institute of Technology; Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hunan University of Technology; Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Ningxia University (on secondment); and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hunan University of Technology. He has participated in the "University Talent Cultivation and Governance" special training program in Canada under the Ministry of Education's Thousand University Presidents Overseas Training Program for Midwestern Universities, and the "Higher Education Innovation and Development" special training program in the United States for university leaders in Hunan Province.

Mainly engaged in ideological and political education of college students and research on higher education management. Won 1 second prize of the Campus Culture Achievement Award from the Ministry of Education and 6 second and third prizes of provincial teaching achievements. Presided over 1 planning fund project of the Humanities and Social Sciences Research of the Ministry of Education, 2 social science research fund projects of Hunan Province, and more than 10 projects of educational teaching reform and ideological and political education research of Hunan Province. Published 3 monographs including *Modern Insights into the Analects of Confucius*, *The Way of the University*, and *Research on the Cultivation of College Students' National Spirit in the Process of Globalization*, and published more than 40 academic papers in journals such as *China Higher Education* and *Contemporary Youth Research*, among which 8 were fully reprinted or abstracted by the Information Center for Social Sciences of Renmin University of China.
