If you have completed degree education in China, you are not eligible to apply for the Chinese Language Program at our university. However, if you have studied Chinese language courses at other institutions, you may still apply for the Chinese Language Program at USC
If the program you are applying for is taught in Chinese, you must provide an HSK Level 4 certificate with a score of 180 or above
Currently, USC does not accept transfer students
If you are a student currently studying in China, you need to provide a performance certificate issued by your school (including attendance records, academic performance, and teacher contact information) and apply for a Non-Criminal Record Certificate at the local police station
