Tang Zhongyang, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1969, from Changsha, Hunan, member of the Communist Party of China, associate researcher.
He has successively served as deputy director of the Personnel Department of Central South University, deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, director of the Inspection Office, director of the Supervision Office, director of the Office of the Discipline Inspection Commission, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and is currently the secretary of the Party Committee of the University of South China.
