The spring tide surges and talents gather. On April 1, the 2025 Spring Campus Recruitment Fair of CNNC (China National Nuclear Corpoeration was held at USC. "Nuclear Gathering New Students to Create a Future Together". CNNC, together with its more than 10 member units, provides USC students with a one-stop employment service platform covering nuclear engineering, chemical metallurgy, safety management, nuclear medicine applications, information technology and other fields.

This recruitment adopts the "group" recruitment mode. Under the overall planning of the Human Resources Service Center of CNNC, more than ten units, such as CNNC Long'an, CNNC Guangdong Mining and CNNC 272 Uranium Industry, organized a group to enter the school, accurately connecting the advantageous disciplines and majors such as the College of Nuclear Science and Technology, the College of Resources, Environment and Safety Engineering of our school, and providing more than 100 high-quality jobs in the fields of nuclear engineering, chemical metallurgy, safety management, nuclear medicine application and information technology. The recruitment site was crowded and the atmosphere was warm. The employer matched more than 300 students with suitable positions through multi-dimensional interviews, precise planning, school-enterprise negotiations, etc., realizing the two-way travel between the employer and university talents.

Before the recruitment activity, the Human Resources Service Center of CNNC had in-depth exchanges with the school employment guidance center. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on high-level talent training and industry-university-research integration, laying a solid foundation for further deepening school-enterprise cooperation and realizing school-enterprise resource sharing.

In recent years, the school has continuously deepened its strategic cooperation with leading enterprises in the nuclear industry, jointly launched the order-oriented talent training project of "Nuclear Industry Special Post" class with China National Nuclear Industry Construction Co., Ltd., and launched the "order + joint" joint training class with China General Nuclear Power Group, which started the successful exploration and practice of a new talent training model of order enrollment, joint school-enterprise training and targeted employment in the new era. The successful holding of this job fair has realized the seamless connection between talent training and industrial demand, and effectively promoted the high-quality and full employment of graduates.
