Liu Wenjun, male, Han ethnicity, was born in 1978, a native of Shanyang, Shaanxi. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Economics, a professor, and a master's supervisor. He is currently a member of the Party Committee of the University of South China.

He is the vice president of the 7th Youth Federation of Hengyang City, the executive director of the Hunan Economics Society, the executive director and deputy secretary-general of the Hengyang Economics Society, and a member of the 4th editorial board of the Journal of the University of South China - Social Science Edition.

He is mainly engaged in research in fields such as energy economics, nuclear energy economics and management. He has presided over 1 project of the National Social Science Foundation of China, participated in 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and presided over more than 10 projects in total, including those funded by the Hunan Natural Science Foundation, the Hunan Social Science Foundation and various horizontal entrusted scientific research projects. He has published more than 30 academic papers in domestic and foreign economic journals.
