It has just confirmed from the working committee of clinical medicine accreditation of the Ministry of education that the validity term of the University’s clinical medicine accreditation has been extended for another 4 years, with the term totlalling 10 years from October 2014 to October 2024. The decision has been made based on the committee’s review of the report submitted by the University in line withthe Guidelines for Undergraduate Clinical Medicine Accreditation. Therefore the University has become the first provincial university with the honor in Hunan.

From October 26 to 30, 2014, the university, as the first provincial university to apply for clinical medicine professional certification, accepted the on-site peer review organized by the Ministry of Education, and obtained the accreditation valid for 6 years, to October 2020.
