Hengyang -- The 10th National Mudan River Forum of the Coordinate Center for Particles and Their Interactions was held in the University from August 27 to 29.

AOM conference to be held by USC

The forum was jointly sponsored by 20 universities across the country including Tsinghua University, Peking University, University of Science and Technology of China and hosted by University of South China.

Prof. Wu Yimou, vice president of USC addressed the delegates at the opening ceremony and made a brief introduction to the City of Hengyang as well as the University.

At the forum, latest achievements made by different universities were displayed and communication about the development of the forum, cooperation between institutes achieved.

The delegates made an inspection tour of the nuclear power station model and the Radon Lab of the University on the afternoon, August 28.
