Ms Helen Connies-Laing, head of International English Center, University of South Wales paid a visit to University of South China from March 13 to 14.

On the afternoon of March 13, Ms Helen Connies-Laing attended the reunion held for all of the teachers who have been to USW, or UG, one of the predecessors of USW. The reunion was labelled as an "alumni gathering" by the attendees who shared their experiences and harvest in USW and in UK as well.

On the following morning, Wen Gebo, president of USC, and Jiang Zhisheng, vice president (international) interviewed the guests. After the interview, both sides conducted an all-round negotiation about teachers' training program and the potential coopertation in student program.

USC established cooperation with UG in 2004, and renewed the MOU with USW in May,2013, when Wen Gebo paid a visit to USW.
