Wang Lihua, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1970, from Hengyang, Hunan, member of the Communist Party of China, third-level professor, master's tutor.

He was selected as the training object of young and middle-aged outstanding talents in ideological and political education of the Ministry of Education, the first batch of young and middle-aged outstanding talents in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Hunan Province, the first top ten ideological and political workers in colleges and universities in Hunan Province, and an expert in the ideological and political education think tank of colleges and universities in Hunan Province.

He has successively served as the secretary of the Youth League Committee, the director of the Student Affairs Department (Division), and the director of the Personnel Department of Hengyang Normal University; Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hunan Institute of Technology, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hunan University of Technology, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Ningxia University (temporary), and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hunan University of Technology. He has participated in the Canadian seminar on "University Talent Training and Governance" of the Ministry of Education's overseas training program for 1,000 presidents of central and western universities, and the American seminar on "Higher Education Innovation and Development" led by universities in Hunan Province.

He is mainly engaged in the ideological and political education of college students and the management of higher education. He has won 1 second prize of the Ministry of Education's Campus Cultural Achievement Award and 6 second and third prizes of provincial teaching achievement. He has presided over 1 project of the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Research Planning Fund, 2 projects of the Hunan Provincial Social Science Research Fund, and more than 10 research projects of Hunan Province's education and teaching reform and ideological and political education. He has published three monographs, including "The Analects of Confucius", "The Way of the University", and "Research on the Cultivation of College Students' National Spirit in the Process of Globalization", and published more than 40 academic papers in journals such as "Chinese Higher Education" and "Contemporary Youth Studies", of which 8 were copied or excerpted in full by the National People's Congress Copy Data Center.
