Li Le, male, born in 1981, from Loudi, Hunan, member of the Communist Party of China, professor, doctor, doctoral supervisor, leading talent of the Furong Project in Hunan Province. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the University of South China.

He is the vice chairman of the National Alliance for Health Inspection and Quarantine Education in Colleges and Universities, the vice president of the Hunan Inspection and Testing Society, the vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Health Inspection Professional Committee, the member of the Radiation Toxicology Professional Committee of the Chinese Toxicological Society, and the member of the Radiation and Health Professional Committee of the Chinese Environmental Mutagens Society.

He has been engaged in radiation biology and radiation pollution prevention and control research for a long time. He has presided over more than 10 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and provincial and ministerial levels, published more than 80 SCI papers, authorized 15 national invention patents, edited 1 national planning textbook, published 1 monograph, and edited 1 textbook. Won 1 second prize of provincial teaching achievement.

He has successively served as the vice dean of the School of Public Health of the University of South China, the deputy director of the Ministry of Scientific Research and Discipline Construction, the dean of the graduate school, the secretary of the Party Committee of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital/the Provincial Veterans Hospital/the Seventh Clinical College, and the director of the Changsha Base Office.
