To promote high-quality employment for the 2025 graduates and build a bridge for school-enterprise cooperation, on March 1, the Spring Joint Supply and Demand Meeting for the 2025 Graduates of Undergraduate Colleges and Universities in Hengyang was held at the University of South China. A total of 235 employers were attracted to participate in this job fair, providing more than 12,000 job positions for the graduates.

"Does the company have weekends off?" "What's the career development prospect?" "Are there five social insurances and one housing fund?"... Around 9 o'clock in the morning, the activity site was already crowded with people. Graduates, holding their carefully prepared resumes, browsed the recruitment information in front of the booths of various enterprises, looked for the positions they liked, actively communicated with the employers, and learned about the job requirements, career development and other details in detail.
Zheng, a student majoring in Mechanical Engineering at the University of South China, is from Guangdong. Participating in this activity, he paid special attention to the enterprises in his hometown: "I saw quite a number of enterprises that I was interested in this morning. I've already submitted all the resumes I brought. The whole process was relatively smooth. Some enterprises have already informed me to attend the interview in the afternoon." Zhu, a postgraduate majoring in Neurosurgery, said after learning about the employment needs of two hospitals in detail: "The working location and the degree of professional matching are what I care about most in job hunting. Today, I had two-way communication with the hospital directors on site and gained a deep understanding of the unit situation and career development prospects."
The employers participating in this supply and demand meeting covered multiple industries and fields such as medical and health care, intelligent manufacturing, information technology, and educational services. At the activity site, the representatives of various employers actively introduced to the students information about the basic situation, development prospects, recruitment positions and salary and benefits of their enterprises. Shaoxing Boyuan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. is a start-up enterprise. This is the first time for the company to carry out recruitment activities in Hunan. Wei Qin, the personnel manager, introduced: "Our company is mainly engaged in the production and research and development of medical devices. We hope to recruit positions such as assistant R&D engineers this time. We've received more than 50 resumes in the morning. Next, we will screen these resumes and organize interviews."
The successful holding of this joint supply and demand meeting not only built a high-quality employment platform for students of colleges and universities in Hengyang, but also promoted the precise docking of talent cultivation and industrial needs through in-depth dialogue between schools and enterprises. According to statistics, more than 3,600 graduates participated in this activity, and more than 1,200 of them reached employment intentions on site.
