On January 11, sponsored by the Hengyang Disabled Persons' Federation, the University of South China youth volunteer work department to undertake the "love, warm peer" series of the second phase of activities officially began.

As the Spring Festival is approaching, at 8:30 am on January 11,2025, volunteers gathered to receive condolence materials and went to the homes of disabled people in groups. They communicated with the disabled people, learned about their living conditions and inner needs, shared interesting stories, explained the matters needing attention in winter life, and sent New Year materials full of social care to bring warmth to the festival.

Volunteers brought affectionate supplies to the homes of the disabled. Everywhere they went, they warmly greeted the disabled and their families and sent New Year supplies. With sincere smiles on their faces, the disabled families of the disabled were also moved and held the hands of the volunteers and thanked them repeatedly.

In order to better understand the real needs of people with disabilities, the volunteers have carefully prepared questionnaires. At each visit, the volunteers smiled and patiently communicated with the disabled and their families, asking them about their daily activities, including food and drink.
