Provincial vocational guidance teachers "attend clinic" to provide resume diagnosis and interview coaching; in front of the AI job-seeking smart machine, there is a crowd, with the "resume optimization + intelligent matching" feature helping students quickly lock in target positions; high-speed printers, professional makeup areas, and emergency medical points are all available; the Organization Department, HR Department, and Women's Federation of Hengyang City set up joint stations to provide "one-stop" answers to policies such as talent subsidies and archive custody. In the live job-hunting area, corporate HRs transform into hosts, recruiting talents both online and offline simultaneously, ensuring that online job-hunting is "uninterrupted."
