Zhu Zhongming，vice governor of Hunan Province, came to University of South China Sunday for a field investigation of sci-tech innovation work. He fully affirmed the achievements made by the University in the strategy of talents-driving development, the introduction and incubation of high-level talents, and innovation in the combination of nuclear and medical sciences. He hoped that the University would further seize the opportunity, find the correct positioning, establish a highland with core competitiveness for sci-tech innovation, and play an important role in vigorously implementing the "three highs and four news" strategy.
