All the 48 confirmed Covid-19 cases in Hengyang city and its seven subordinate counties have been cured by and discharged from the affiliated hospitals of the University.

At the onset of the Covid-19 outbreak, four of the five affiliated hospitals of the University in the city were designated as the hospitals to treat the suspected and confirmed Covid-19 patients, while another one has dispatched 17 medics to Hubei, the most epidemic-hit province of the Country.

          Du Jiahao, Party chief of CPC Hunan Province, inspected the First Affiliated Hospital and said hello to the Covid-19 inpatients on Feb 1.

                        Zhu Jian, acting mayor of the city, greeted the convalescent Covid-19 patients in the Affiliated Nanhua hospital on March 2.

             The second batch of medics  from the affiliated hospitals were on their crusade to Wuhan, the most epidemic-hit city of Hubei Province.
