Prof Shinji Tokonami, Ph.D, from Japan's Hirosaki University, gave a lecture entitled "Reseach Activities in Radon Laboratory" at 4:30 pm, April 8, 2014. The lecture was hosted by the School of Nuclear Science and Technology, USC.

Nuke-related disciplines are one of the cornerstones of the university. The first specialty in this field dates back to 1959, when the then Hengyang Insitute of Mining and Metallurgy was founded.
